group therapy

Group therapy offers unique opportunities for exploration and growth, and can be a more affordable alternative to individual therapy.

You may find that group therapy:

  • Helps you realize you’re not alone

  • Facilitates giving and receiving support

  • Helps you discover and/or develop your “voice”

  • Helps you relate to others (and yourself) in healthier ways

  • Provides support as you apply what you learn in other areas of your life

I am a marriage and family therapist (MFT) based in Long Beach, California who specializes in working with adult professionals at all stages of their career and phase of life challenges.

I provide a compassionate and caring environment for us to work together so that healing and growth can take place at your own pace. Treatment ranges from short-term counseling to longer-term psychotherapy depth work. As a trained-EMDR therapist I offer this transformative modality to Clients seeking to heal trauma. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked for over 25 years as a business executive, and offer a unique ability to support Clients who are struggling with workplace challenges as well as business partners who may be struggling with communication challenges.

Whether the therapy is short- or long-term, I take a humanistic approach, respecting and supporting your own inner wisdom to know what is right for your growth and healing.
